Week 4 Raw Food Diet

WP_20150824_001Week 4 of raw food diet.   Sleeping less (5-7 hours),  Caffeine  intake lowered, Candida still present but less symptoms.  Allergies improving.  Experienced some lower back pain at work yesterday (detoxification?)  continue to lose weight (139 lbs.)  If I drop to 135 I will temporarily add sun-dried dates and raw honey into my diet to add massive calories.     Energy improving overall, stamina returning to normal compared to when I started the diet.  Thinking is clearer.  Overall feeling more balanced.   Runny nose is almost gone.  Exploring raw food recipes, herbs and spices (Turmeric, Paprika, Basil )  (Raw sprouted hummus, Pasta made from Zucchini with pesto)  Cravings for cooked foods are gone.  Still taking Kelp (source of iodine)  and Vitamin B12 supplements.   Foods enjoying:  Peaches, Apples, Pears, oranges, Cantaloupe, Watermelon,  Frozen banana smoothies,  broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, cucumber, zucchini , carrot, avocado,  garlic, olive and coconut oil, Pumpkin seeds, almonds.
