My weight loss has stopped. I have leveled out at 140lbs which is about right for me. I was concerned that I was loosing too much weight.
Energy is good, and feeling stronger. Doing breathing and stretching exercises, along with planks and pushups.
sleeping more this week, around 8 or 9 hours.
Watermelon is in season and its so good. Been eating about 1 a day for most of the week then ending the day with a vegetable salad or smoothie. I may have a small handful of soaked nuts or sprouts as my last meal.
I am taking caffeine again – my nemesis. Trying to go moderate on this addiction.
