3 Months on a Raw Food Diet

My Candida symptoms are gone.  I am eating plenty of sweet fruits, bananas, dates and honey and they don’t bother me or cause flair ups. I will continue with the diet just because I do feel a lot better.  I am noticing other improvements with my body overall.  No more little aches and creeks.

My weight loss has stopped.  I have leveled out at 140lbs which is about right for me.  I was concerned that I was loosing too much weight.
